Terms and Conditions

The language of the contract is Hungarian. The binding version of these terms is the Hungarian one, available at /terms.html.

This page exists so that the English site is not missing a link. A full English translation will follow; until then, if you are ordering, please read the Hungarian version — or write to info@weboptim.hu and we will walk you through it.

In short

• We set up a chat window for your website in Chatbase, and hand it over

to your own account.

• One-off setup fee: HUF 38,000 + VAT.
• The Chatbase subscription is not ours: you pay it directly to

Chatbase, and we add no markup.

• After the handover the chatbot is yours: **you see the conversations,

we do not**.

• Full refund within 14 days of the order, no questions asked.
