We accept complaints at info@weboptim.hu and aim to give a substantive answer within 30 days.
If we cannot reach agreement with a customer who qualifies as a consumer, the Budapest Conciliation Board competent for our registered address can be approached (bekeltet.bkik.hu). We provide our service primarily to businesses, where conciliation board proceedings do not apply.
Complaints about the handling of personal data can be addressed to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (naih.hu).
